POSITION INFO:

Previous experience as a Medical Practice Receptionist or Administrator is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting patients coming in for appointments
• Taking telephone calls, directing patients, filling in forms, making appointments, answering queries
• Ensuring all files are opened correctly
• Ensuring all files are pulled on time and presented as required
• Keeping the office tidy and clean as required
