Inbound & Outbound Medical and GAP Insurance Sales Consultant required!!!

Offering:

Basic Salary from R5500 to R6500 (Qualification and Experience Dependent)

Uncapped commissions structure.

Flexible, work-from-home structure.

Access to group medical insurance.

Minimum Requirements.

The candidate must:

• Matric/Grade 12 or SAWA Accredited Equivalent.
• Have experience selling Medical and GAP insurance in an in/outbound environment.
• Must have knowledge about Gap Cover, Medical Aids and Medical Insurance
• Have and existing Fibre or LTE connection (Where there is no fibre we would expect the person to take a contract up in their own name to allow them to work and as such we will contribute the R500 data allowance.)
• Be within DOFA.
• Be self-motivated, driven and self disciplined.
• Have basic computer literacy skills.
• Have attention to detail.
• Be well spoken.
• Have strong objection handling skills.
• Have problem solving abilities.
• Have professional mannerisms with customers and be able to build rapport with clients over the phone. This includes good listening skills.
• Full FAIS 1.2 preferential.
• Must have a quite and dedicated space to work from home, free from disruptions and noise disturbances.
