POSITION INFO:
We are seeking experienced sales advisors to join our hand-picked team, offering you the flexibility and support you need to maximize your earning potential.

As a Sales Advisor, you'll enjoy a lucrative commission structure, a Hybrid work option, and access to group medical insurance that's 100% subsidized. Plus, you'll receive data and cell phone allowances to support your work.

To qualify:

12 months of sales experience in the insurance industry.
Clear ITC and criminal record
Grade 12/Matric qualification or equivalent.
You must also have RE or FAIS (150 credits) (and/or DOFA rules apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Your role will involve excellent objection handling skills, achieving, and exceeding set KPA targets for response times and service quality, and a passion for selling. Knowledge of gap cover, medical aids, and medical insurance is a must, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

You should be mature, self-managed, able to work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations. You should also be self-motivated, target-driven, able to think quickly, work independently, and have a positive attitude.
