National Company in the Medical Industry is looking for an experienced Medical Account Administrator to join their team.
Purpose of the Position:
To build strong relationships with PPN Network clients and manage all Injury on Duty (IOD) Claims on eCOIDA efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience externally in medical accounts or medical practice administration.
Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification
Experience with IOD Claims is essential
Valid Driver’s License
Aptitude for numbers/accounting – debtors or creditors experience will be beneficial
Computer literate – intermediate to advance knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to accurately process large volumes of paperwork
Deadline driven individual able to perform under high pressure
Flexible to adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice
Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
Fluent in English
