SUMMARY:
Cape Town based sports organization looking for a Journalist who must have done some event coordination/administration and worked at a stadium.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To work closely with the GM, providing administrative support to the GM and the departments’ operations and including managing media attendance and accreditation for events.

Educational background

Secretarial/Administration Certification
3-year qualification in management/communications/commercial - essential

Experience (years and nature)

3 - 5 years’ work experience as an executive secretary or administrator – essential
3 years of project management experience is essential
Experience in contract management is essential
Writing experience will be an advantage
Supervisory experience is essential
Working at a stadium is essential
Media operations and media accreditation essential
