Media Operations Coordinator

If you are passionate about external media operations then this is a role for you. This is an excellent career opportunity within the Commercial and Communications department where you will be providing support to the GM and the departments’ operations and including managing media attendance and accreditation for events.

Responsibilities:

Planning, organising, and coordinating media conferences and media launches
Managing all aspects of media accreditation to events
Organising and delivering a media operations platform at events both in preparation and during the event
Managing the provision of reception services
Coordinating commercial contracting workflow
Maintaining commercial contact databases
Updating commercial rights matrices and assisting in ensuring rights delivery
Assisting in preparing rights sales presentations
Coordinating commercial and communications department suppliers
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of manager
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations;

Experience and qualifications required:

3-year qualification in management/communications/commercial - essential
3 - 5 years’ work experience
Experience in contract management is essential
Writing experience will be an advantage
Supervisory experience is essential
Media operations and media accreditation essential
