Now Hiring: Trade Tested Mechanical Fitter (Manufacturing Industry)

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Tested Mechanical Fitter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong construction background who is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Trade Tested Mechanical Fitter (Red Seal or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as a Mechanical Fitter
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry (essential)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
Experience installing, maintaining, repairing, and aligning mechanical equipment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
Valid driver's licence will be advantageous
Clear criminal record
Medically fit to work on construction sites
Reliable, honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery
Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Work effectively with site supervisors and project teams
Complete job documentation and maintenance reports
Adhere to all company policies and health and safety requirements
