- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Ability to use and maintain cutting tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and precision in cutting and trimming meat
- Physical dexterity and strength to handle large cuts of meat
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Time management skills to meet production targets and deadlines
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to follow instructions, reliable and conscientious
