• Are comfortable writing emails and ads with conversion in mind
• Experience with Kajabi, Squarespace, and Google Analytics is a plus
• Enjoy both strategy and execution
• Love using data to make decisions and test ideas
• Have built and optimised landing pages, sales funnels, and email automations before
• Bonus: Worked in online courses, personal finance, coaching or education industries

• Organisational and collaboration tools like Asana,
• Kajabi (email, landing pages, courses and webinars)
• Squearspace (for main website and blog)
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads)
• Google Analytics
• Canva (design)

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Collaborate with Carla on launch plans, campaign strategies including pricing strategies, lead generation ideas, and email flows.
• Build and implement email campaigns, automation workflows, and list segmentation in Kajabi
• Develop and test funnels for different offers including webinars, mini-courses, and sales pages
• Coordinate Asana projects, tasks and calendar for campaign launches.
• Align all activities with KPIs and provide input on campaign performance

• Update, maintain, and improve Squarespace site including blog formatting, SEO metadata, course/event listings, and pop-ups
• Collaborate on design improvements for user experience and lead capture

• Build high-converting landing pages for lead magnets, courses, and live events
• Set up CTAs, forms, events, conditional offers, and connected email sequences
• Ensure all touchpoints are on-brand, optimised, and user-friendly
• Create and optimise lead magnets (PDFs, calculators, checklists)
