JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educational Competencies:

vTertiary qualification advantageous.
v3 years of experience in a similar role.
vMS Office.

Duties and Responsibility:

ØCompany brand and corporate identity management and develop and execute a marketing strategy in line with overall company strategy.
ØMonthly social media designs, management, reporting and managing customers comments through inboxes.
ØCreating content material across all social media platforms (company website, Facebook, Instagram).
ØCustomer service management through Google Review responses (followed up by investigation and problem solving).
ØIncrease brand online presence and engagement and digital marketing company briefing.
ØArrange and coordinate special events, projects, and mailings.
ØResearch, maintain and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction.
ØBrief development for campaigns, monthly themes, and internal events.
ØCampaign development, designs, and management for different platforms as per required dimensions and best practices.
ØMarketing project development (i.e., Project management, e-Commerce).
ØMonthly marketing reporting to management on ROI or performance of Google analytics, SEO, AdWords, social media, and emailers.
ØCreating blog content to maintain healthy SEO and retaining customers viewership.
ØGraphic design with different Adobe suite programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
ØDesigning original pieces such as illustrations, infographics, packaging, branding and presentations.
ØAssist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports.
ØLiaise with customers to ensure that all necessary information is obtained to fulfil and exceed their expectations.
ØOrdering of business cards and name badges.
ØAssist sales representative and branches with marketing material.
ØEnsure that all marketing material follows the law in terms of copyright and POPIA act.
ØManaging the marketing budget.
ØManaging all marketing relating to the company and activities within the marketing department.
ØBeing a part of the social committee by innovating for internal events, decorating, and sending out appropriate comms.
ØStaying up to date with industry developments and tools and research, driven to learn new and better ways and ensure relevancy of all design initiatives.
