Marketing Team Leader

Liaising with third-party hosting partners to do the necessary updates to keep the website up to date and to ensure optimal functionality at all times.
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Monitor and oversee Google Ads goals and events implementation, reporting on goals, and identifying customer journeys and funnels.
Creating and maintaining a digital presence across social media platforms on a weekly or monthly basis.
Assisting product managers to increase awareness and product knowledge with campaign-focused approaches.
Gather customer and market insights to inform future strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments with the various product managers.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build future successful strategies.
Build sustainable relationships with external providers such as tv, radio, and other media suppliers.
Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
Manage content and updates for a target audience and internal touch points.
Monitoring of website performance.

Skills & Experience:
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator or design platforms.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently when needed to do so.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Extremely strong time management and organizational abilities.
Experience in social media marketing across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
Excellent Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Microsoft Office Suite Proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to be a team player.
Previous experience in managing a team.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with working with Google Ads.
Minimum 3-5 years marketing related experience.
WordPress experience will be an advantage.
 
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or proven experience-based equivalent.
