SUMMARY:
We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Production Coordinator to drive administrative, financial, and logistical operations for multi-brand marketing campaigns. This role is centrally focused on vendor management, budget control, procurement, and meticulous execution of projects. Expect a fast-paced, process-driven environment where precision in administration is critical.

POSITION INFO:

Finance & Administration:
Manage end-to-end vendor processes: onboarding, PO generation, invoice reconciliation, and payment tracking
Track marketing budgets, allocate expenses to GL codes, and maintain financial records
Source supplier quotes and oversee internal approval workflows
Campaign Execution
Coordinate seasonal launches: timelines, print production, asset distribution, and cross-department liaison
Develop/store communication playbooks and ensure compliance across locations
Store & Inventory Operations
Manage marketing stock (merchandise, print materials, hardware), issue items, and process invoices
Fulfill ad-hoc store requests for materials/hardware with precise delivery and tracking
Support new/revamped store openings via material coordination and asset updates

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Proven Administrative Expertise:
2+ years in vendor management, PO systems, budget tracking, or invoice processing
Technical Proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas, reporting) + Word/PowerPoint
Operational Discipline
Meticulous attention to detail (data accuracy, proofreading, process adherence)
Ability to manage 5+ concurrent projects under tight deadlines
Core Competencies
Vendor/quote negotiation experience
Command of English (written/spoken) for cross-team communication
Process-driven mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Education
Grade 12 + National Diploma in Marketing
