SUMMARY:
Marketing Operations & Campaign Specialist (Remote – Gauteng)
We're looking for a sharp, organised marketing professional who gets things done — someone who can hold multiple campaigns together at once without letting anything slip.
This isn't a strategy role. It's an execution role, and a critical one. You'll be the person who keeps integrated campaigns on track, agencies accountable, and stakeholders informed — without needing to be chased or micromanaged.

POSITION INFO:

What you'll do

Own the coordination of multiple campaigns simultaneously — timelines, assets, budgets, and approvals
Write clear, thorough briefs and hold agencies to them — pushing back confidently when the work misses the mark
Keep campaigns moving even when decision-makers aren't available, using good judgement to unblock progress
Proactively update stakeholders so no one's ever caught off guard
Spot workflow gaps and fix them before they become problems
Work across digital, email, social, content, and paid campaigns to ensure everything connects

Who you are

Experienced — 4 to 6 years in marketing, with a track record in campaign coordination, project management, or marketing ops, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or a digital agency
Commercially aware — you understand how digital campaigns work end-to-end, even if you're not the one building them
Organised in a way that's almost unreasonable — multiple moving parts don't rattle you
A clear communicator who knows how to manage up without being told to
Based in Gauteng and set up to work effectively from home
