Exciting opportunity for hard working, driven Marketing Manager in the Events Industry. (Gardens, CPT)

POSITION INFO:

Outdoor events company requires a Marketing Manager who is available to start within 2 weeks. This is a demanding role which requires a lot of after-hours work being in the events industry. Looking for someone dynamic who can think for themselves, proactive and able to use initiative. The role is varied and no 2 days are the same. You will need to be able to think on your feet and be willing to work after hours and weekends.

You will have skills in:

Creative writing
Design
Content creation
Excel
PowerPoint
WordPress knowledgeable

You will have experience in:

Marketing Management
Marketing qualification

Tasks will include:

Managing all print, online & radio advertising
Managing and fulfilling media requests
Managing and updating the Wordpress websites and ticketing platform
Creating & publishing original and creative content for all social & digital media
Writing and actioning mass e-mail marketing
Sponsor and partner liaison (proposals, reports, requests & relationship builder)
Oversee all marketing material print & distribution
Copywriting
Event permit applications
Venue and vendor liaison
Manage trade exchanges
Manage a budget
Monitor sales trends
Design and create original marketing campaigns and produce all the marketing materials to promote the Company and increase sales
Analyse sales trends
Provide support to customer service
