Marketing Manager | Marketing Lead

POSITION INFO:

• Develop and implement a clear marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
• Build and manage annual / quarterly marketing calendars around launches, campaigns and key trading periods
• Manage the marketing budget, track spend and monitor performance
• Take ownership of relationships with external agencies and suppliers, including briefing, KPIs, deadlines and performance
• Coordinate multiple suppliers and ensure consistent strategic direction across all marketing activity
• Monitor key marketing KPIs including customer acquisition, retention and revenue contribution
• Consolidate marketing reports into clear, actionable commercial insights for the business owner
• Coordinate campaigns and product launches, ensuring all suppliers are aligned on timelines, budgets and deliverables

• 3+ years' marketing experience, ideally client-side, with direct experience managing external agencies or suppliers
• Proven experience managing external agencies and suppliers
• Experience in health, wellness, nutrition or FMCG highly advantageous
• Working knowledge of paid media, social media, email / CRM, content and website marketing
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn marketing data into clear business decisions
• Highly organised, autonomous and confident working directly with a business owner
