  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills written and spoken – fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Reliable transport.
  • Reside within Johannesburg/Centurion

Job description:
Answer all calls through switchboard accurately and efficiently and direct to the correct extension.
Messages are accurately recorded and promptly handed to the relevant persons.
Update company telephone list monthly.
Liaison with finance and stock departments to ensure that all products used are appropriately invoiced.
Manage all aspects of the consignment and replacement stock for delivery.
Stock invoicing, invoice queries, credit notes requests and daily replacement of used stock
Daily sales distribution to all stakeholders in SA and India
Liaison with all couriers related queries and requests
Assist with local and international travel arrangements for employees and clients, through travel agent.  Including VISA applications.
Compiling of purchase orders for payment requests
Order office stationery and groceries timeously
Purchasing of required groceries
Petty Cash safekeeping and reconciliation
Assist with events co-ordination
Assist with marketing material and campaigns
General assistance and tasks to Sales & Marketing Department
Any additional requirements or requests for assistance and support by NSM and/or FM
