SUMMARY:
Marketing Co-ordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives through effective coordination of content creation, event administration, social media management, and internal communication. The role ensures that marketing operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and branding remains consistent and professional, whilst still conveying the organisational culture of the company

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications 

• Matric 
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred but not essential).

• 1–3 years in a marketing support, co-ordinator, or digital content creation role.
• Strong content writing and proofreading.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms.
• Event coordination and logistics.
• Solid planning and time management.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools like Google Workspace, CMSs, or email marketing platforms.

• Ensure professional and consistent delivery of marketing content and collateral.
• Bring structure, accuracy, and creativity to all marketing administrative tasks.
• Support the smooth execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Reduce bottlenecks and delays in content creation, approvals, and scheduling.
• Accurately capturing the culture and DNA of the company's brand.
• Schedule and post social media content.
• Create or refine marketing content.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on event logistics.
• Design promotional artwork or layouts.
• Update the marketing project tracker and plan content for the week.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm sessions.
• Gather performance data from recent campaigns and assist in reporting
• Write and edit marketing content for various platforms (social media, website, internal communication, etc.).
• Design basic marketing collateral using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Administer and support events, including logistics coordination and stakeholder communication where necessary.
• Manage and monitor social media channels and schedule posts.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and content schedules.
• Assist with website updates, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign reporting by gathering and compiling relevant data.
