JOB DESCRIPTION:

Marketing Assistant / Receptionist - Sunningdale – R6,500 per month

Working hours:

Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of latest marketing trends

2. FB – Marketing experience or knowledge

3. Google ads and SEO (beneficial)

4. Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva experience is a MUST

5. Young Professional Female, aged between 18 – 27

6. Valid driver’s license and own car beneficial

7. Able to work under pressure

8. Team player

9. Friendly and vibrant personality

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Answering telephones, making appointments for sales Manager

2. Basic administrative duties (quotes, filling and managing calendar)

3. Research competitor activity and strategy

4. Create marketing content for daily, weekly and monthly ads.

5. Updating spreadsheets and database

6. Create email marketing campaigns

7. Social media management (fb, google, Instagram and linked in)

8. Customer relations (front of house)

9. Plan and arrange promotional events
