JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires qualified, experienced and competent Marketing Assistant to assist in marketing the school services. Applicants with relevant qualifications and experience must submit a motivation letter stating the subject they are applying for and a comprehensive CV with all supporting copies of qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
·         Collaborating with the marketing manager, and the principal on marketing strategy.
·         Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
·         Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
·         Working closely with the admin clerk calling parents.
·         Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
·         Giving presentations during mall activations.
·         Maintaining a marketing database.
·         Providing administrative support to the marketing and admin clerks.
·         Preparing mall activations, door to door advertising and open days.
·         Understanding company product and brand.
·         General office duties.
·         Creating and interpreting a variety of reports (number of parents who took application forms).
·         Organizing market research.
·         Updating social media accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years Marketing experience in Education industry
  • Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Own transport (Advantageous)
  • Organising, facilitation and planning of weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing reports
QUALIFICATIONS
  • N6 or Diploma or Marketing/Communications Degree
