Operational Support

• To assist with all logistics on all marketing campaigns and events
• Liaison with key stakeholders for marketing campaigns.
• To assist with tenant liaison.
• To assist in implementing the CSI Programme for the Centre.
• To manage customer complaints and feedback.
• To assist in actioning the Programme to increase gift card sales.
• To assist with installations of branding elements.
• To assist with PR and preparation of media statements.

Administration

• To provide support in research surveys on each marketing campaign.
• To assist in drawing up contract mandates, raising quotes, following up on orders and payments. 
• To do petty cash reconciliations.
• To assist in administration of invoices.
• To provide Collate monthly website statistics.
• To update the marketing database (tenants, customers, media, etc.)
• Keep an updated list of all target media.
• Provide administrative support for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Events planning, organization and execution.
• Production and distribution of marketing communication and memos.
• To assist in maintaining accurate minutes of all marketing meetings.
• To provide general administrative support To liaise with tenants and conduct regular tenant visits
• Maintain all Marketing archives
• To provide administrative support for all Non-GLA activities.

Liaison

• To liaise with suppliers.
• To liaise with sponsors and partners.
• Relevant Marketing qualification
• Approx 2 years Shopping Centre Marketing Experience.
  • Sound administrative skills.
  • Good project management.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ·        ·         Ability to work independently.
• Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
