Job Title: Marketing & Sales Specialist
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 CTC per month + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
A leading provider of luxury, high-security vehicles is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist. This role focuses 60% on marketing lead generation and 40% on sales support, including standing in for the Sales Manager when needed.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Lead Generation (60%)

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel with targeted content and communication.
Coordinate marketing content and events to showcase products.
Manage CRM systems for lead tracking and performance reporting.

Sales Support & Management Backup (40%)

Assist with lead handover and sales presentations.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Step in for Sales Manager when absent—overseeing operations, team briefings, escalations, and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
5–7 years in marketing with strong sales integration experience.
Industry experience in FMCG, luxury goods, or high-value automotive preferred.
Skilled in lead activation, campaign planning, CRM tools, and analytics.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience beneficial.
