Marketing & Sales Manager FMCG

SUMMARY:
FMCG/Manufacturing company seeks a strategic and dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to tackle and create all avenues in which to increase product market share. MBA preferred.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Willing to travel and meet clients
• Close deals with both corporate and independent retailers
• Co-ordinate with ad agencies, PR agencies, bloggers, influences, etc
• Inhouse brand training programs to align the production teams to the marketing strategy.
• Work with, be an effective leader of the sales team by training them on sales and negotiation techniques
• Set up journey plans with specific objectives
• Must be able to set up traditional and new media promotions both above and below the line
• Responsible for creating the company websites, CRM Systems
• Grow the marketing function as an independent profit center by identifying and exploiting gaps in the current FMCG category as well as identifying new possible categories/product lines.
