SUMMARY:
Marketing & Office Admin Assistant (Half Day/Flexi-Hours)

POSITION INFO:

Lyttelton Area / Pretoria

Duties will include:

Regular posts on Social Media

Designing & implementing displays in our client showrooms

Designing & implementing marketing campaigns

Designing & implementing a regular news letter to clients

Regular updating of company marketing material & equipment

Assisting in preparing presentations

Assisting with general sales & office administration

Personal assistant duties to senior management

Requirements:

Very presentable with excellent communication skills

Fluent in Afrikaans & English

Excellent spelling & writing skills

Initiative & energy

Marketing experience

Graphic or marketing design experience

Social media literate and skilled in MS Office

Admin experience (neat & organised)

Ability to plan & execute the plan

Personal Assistant experience

Valid driver’s license & own transport

Willing & able to travel (infrequently to client showrooms)
