SUMMARY:
Have you partnered closely with a marketing team to lead the creation of compelling video content, graphic design, sharp edits, and UI visuals for web and social platforms?

Our international client, with offices based in Claremont, is looking for a creative powerhouse with a passion for video, design, and visual storytelling.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams in both the UK and South Africa, playing a key role in shaping a modern, high-quality brand identity.
You'll also support and guide in-house creatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence across all channels.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years’ experience in marketing, graphic design, or creative management roles — preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, graphic design, photo editing, and UI visual support
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve for expert-level colour grading and finishing
• Solid understanding of mobile-first, social-first content, and e-commerce UX principles
• Experience supporting creative teams and working cross-functionally with remote colleagues
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive with excellent communication skills

• Execute video editing and post-production with raw footage supplied by the UK team — including cutdowns, colour grading, pacing, transitions, and platform optimisation
• Assist with creation and refinement of graphic design assets for social ads, website banners, email campaigns, and photo editing
• Provide UI visual support to ensure consistency across website design and user experience alongside the UI/UX team
• Support and coordinate the South Africa creative team, assisting with daily workloads, deadlines, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with UK-based marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and execute ideas across multiple channels
• Repurpose and optimise visual content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, website, and paid/organic social campaigns
• Support Shopify content updates where required
• Contribute to the weekly marketing calendar, aligning creative output with strategic campaign goals
• Assist with marketing calendar creation to enhance campaign performance
• Maintain organised workflows with proper file naming, version control, and asset backups
• Keep up to date with design, video editing, and UI trends as well as new tools and AI solutions
