POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and traditional media, conferences and client facing opportunities to meet campaign objectives.
• Client Management:  Serve as the primary point of contact for major client prospects, understanding their needs, managing relationship, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive ideas to inform of and report on marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including graphic design, and multimedia assets that align with brand messaging.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with organizational teams, including sales, operations, IT, to ensure successful marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is often preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within an agency setting, is highly valued.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and content creation.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
