We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, advanced Excel proficiency,
and a passion for working in a dynamic production environment and being hands on in a factory environment.

POSITION INFO:

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Unit Administrator to join our team in Durban.
As the Unit Administrator/Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the production department.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Unit Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Monitoring finished goods inventory
Conducting accurate stock takes
Managing raw material control data
Updating production schedules
Assisting with administrative tasks
Maintaining trend and statistics records
Handling staff and customer queries

Skills Required

To excel in this role, you will need:

Minimum of a Degree, preferably in BCom Supplychain or BBA
Essential pass in Maths or Accountancy in Grade 12
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
Strong Excel skills, SAP experience advantageous
Robust and highly energetic personality
