SUMMARY:
Our client based in Johannesburg is looking for a Manager Retail and Key Individual

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any of fields of Arts/Science/Commerce or any other field
• Must pass RE 1 and RE 5 exams conducted by Regulator FSCA 
• Should be registered as Key Individual with Financial Sector Conduct Authority for a Bank
• Should be registered as a representative for category of Forex investments for minimum, last 2 years in a Bank
• Has worked in management/supervisory position in Retail banking and have experience in Forex Investments
• Must pass ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which is a part of workplace Skills Plan 

Responsibilities

• To ensure Bank always remains fit & proper as per definition of FAIS act
• To ensure that all the license conditions are complied with
• The obligations on the Bank as detailed in the FAIS ACT are complied with
• To always keep himself fit & Proper as per Act
• To ensure and supervise all persons falling within the definition of representative are registered as representatives and they remain fit & proper and always comply with requirement of code of conduct
• To ensure all the returns of FSCA are submitted timely
• Will be responsible for all the Retail Business of the Bank
