JOB DESCRIPTION:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Fund Accountant with regulated funds experience, to join a boutique fund administration team doing great things! Lovely team culture and opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Director ensuring the regulated funds team and processes are well developed and in place.
Responsible for managing the reporting and ensure the team complies with regulatory obligations
Supervise and mentor fund accountants
Ensure client commitments are effectively managed and within required deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum of a completed relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 5 years' experience, at team leader / manager level to be able to build a team
Must have experience within the regulated funds space, Unit Trust Fund Accounting experience, essential
Must have strong MSExcel skills with relevant
Good self-starter, who is able to manage multiple priorities with responsibility
Team leader experience and leadership qualities
Positive attitude and good team player qualities
High attention to detail
Client centric with a focus on delivery
Highly methodical
Ability to work under limited supervision
Positive Team Player
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Accuracy and attention to detail
Client orientated and able to see the bigger picture
