Company and Job Description:
Our client, a well-established and growing company within the production environment industry, is seeking a dynamic Management Accountant to join their Johannesburg East team. This is more than a reporting role, it’s a key position that directly supports operational performance, cost efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Costing and margin analysis within a production environment
Inventory control and production cost management
Financial performance reporting and KPI analysis

Job Experience and Skills Required:).

Completed BCom Degree (essential)
CIMA qualification (completed or in progress strongly preferred)
Proven experience within a production/manufacturing environment (highly advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
