SUMMARY:
Maintenance Supervisor / Project Assistant (Shopfitting & Maintenance) – Centurion
Market-related salary + company vehicle & petrol card (R 15 000 CTC – R 20 000 CTC)

Our client, a well-established shopfitting and maintenance company based in Centurion, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Project Assistant to support and oversee projects on-site.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance or handyman background, who is comfortable managing teams, working on-site, and assisting with installations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage teams on-site
Oversee project execution and ensure timelines are met
Conduct daily site visits and monitor progress
Coordinate and oversee installations (electrical, maintenance, mechanical)
Assist with hands-on work where required
Ensure quality control and problem-solving on-site
Report back to management on project status
Travel to sites outside of Gauteng when required

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, or Senior Handyman
Strong experience in site-based work and project coordination
Ability to manage teams and work independently
Comfortable working with tools and assisting with installations
Strong administrative ability (Sage, Excel & general computer literacy)
Valid driver’s license
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Willing and able to travel
