Our client has an opportunity available for a Maintenance Planner Assistant based in Cullinan.

Requirements:

Matric
3 to 5 years office administration experience.
Competencies:
- General Administration.
- OSH Act.
- Microsoft Office.
- Procurement Process.
- Maintenance functions.
- Food safety.

Responsibilities:

Creating and planning of maintenance job cards on CMMS.
Ensure that preventative maintenance job cards are generated.
Ensure contractor safety files are updated.
Support the safety department by ensuring that all maintenance checks are completed.
Track Safety inspections that need to be carried out.
Procurement responsibilities by obtaining quotes from suppliers and processing invoices.
Always ensure acceptable personal hygiene of all staff.
Always manage correct use of PPE.
