POSITION INFO:

Leader in the field of precision mechanical manufacturing seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Electrician at their premises near Cape Town.

For the position you would be required to have:

Trade Tested Electrician
Minimum of N3
Minimum of 5 years'' post apprenticeship experience, especially on Machine tools (CNC, milling, lathes)
Wireman''s license will be a definite advantage
Knowledge of PLC''s
Experience and knowledge of CNC Machines, Edge Cam and Solid Edge

Responsibilities would include you to:

New electrical installations, wiring, testing and commissioning
Site maintenance and factory electrical reticulation
Fault-finding and repair of electrical breakdowns (especially CNC)
Preventative maintenance of electrical equipment and machines
Factory audits
