SUMMARY:

• Guest Room and Facility Repairs
  
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and lodge facilities (e.g., fixing lights, door locks, plumbing issues, etc.).
• Preventative Maintenance
  
  • Regularly inspect equipment, heating/cooling systems, and fixtures to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance
  
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including pathways, signage, lighting, and minor landscaping tasks like debris removal or clearing snow/leaves.
• Emergency Repairs
  
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests to minimize inconvenience for guests and maintain safety.
• Pool/Spa Maintenance (if applicable)
  
  • Check and maintain pool or spa equipment, including water quality, temperature, and chemical levels.
• Safety and Compliance
  
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet health and safety regulations. Report and address hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Support Lodge Operations
  
  • Assist other departments (e.g., housekeeping or front desk) with maintenance-related issues or setups.
• Record Keeping
  
  • Maintain logs of completed tasks, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
