Maintenance Attendant (Junior Level)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a hands-on Junior Maintenance Attendant to join a high-end hospitality establishment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled individual to build a career in luxury hospitality while ensuring the property and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or relevant technical certificate (electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or luxury property
• Physically fit with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Driver’s license advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general repairs and routine maintenance of the property
• Monitor and maintain plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and basic electrical systems
• Ensure guest areas and back-of-house facilities are safe, clean, and functional
• Report any major issues or hazards to senior maintenance or management
• Support emergency maintenance needs promptly and professionally
