Maintenance - Administrator - Killarney Gardens - Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fair Cape Dairies offers the following vacancy Maintenance - Administrator for our Engineering Department. We invites interested candidates suitable for the position and that complies with the minimum requirements of the position to apply. 

Main purpose of the job:

 

Control the recording  / checking, capturing and verification of all procurement related transactions including Imports - stock control.

Preferred Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Certificate in Business Administration, Management or Procurement
  • 3-5 Maintenance Adminsitrator experience in FMCG environment 
  • Must Have Own Reliable Transport 

Knowledge:

  • ERP Management System knowledge
  • Inventory management understanding of basic principle.  
  • Intermediate proficiency in using information (ERP) management software
  • Demonstrates solid knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency, with minimal or no guidance, in the full range of typical situations
Skills:
  • Mathematics, Administration and management knowledge
Other:

 

  • Monitor, schedule and document administration for incoming goods including Imports
  • Prepare for the receipt of deliveries of all imported goods 
  • Placement of imported contracts and Purchase orders 
  • Capture and update information on the MRP system 
  • Handle the general functions of the inbound office
