Maintenance Administrator Assistant

SUMMARY:
A leading property management company is looking to permanently employ a Maintenance Administrator Assistant in the Johannesburg area. If you consist of the following minimum requirements, we look forward to hearing from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data capturing of tenants
• Account management
• Working closely with Portfolio Manager
• Record keeping
• Obtaining quotes from contractors
• Following up on work done
• General administration and management of buildings
• Maintaining of database

Minimum requirements for application:

• Matric with at least 2-3 years relevant property administration experience
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
• MS Office computer literacy required
• Must have drivers license and own transport
• Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
• Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Salary:  R16K CTC
