SUMMARY:
Our client in the Property Investment sector is looking for a Maintenance Administrator in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric
Minimum 1 year maintenance experience
Red Rabbit experience
Computer literate
Reliable transport

Duties will include:

Attend to all day-to-day maintenance
Attend to all reported maintenance and open tickets on red rabbit
Assign approved contractors
Obtain quotations
Ensure feedback is given to all parties after each step is completed
