Key Responsibilities:

• Operate slitting machines to cut materials accurately
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Adjust cutting blades and rollers for optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Perform measurements and quality checks
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of machinery
• Document production quantities and conduct routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot operational issues and assist with fixes
• Support new team member training
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Matric
• 1-2 years of previous machine operation experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Mechanically inclined
• Attention to detail
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team player
• Physically fit
