Machine Learning Engineer

SUMMARY:
Model complex business problems, discovering insights and opportunities through statistical, algorithmic, machine learning and visualisation techniques, working closely with clients, data and technology teams to turn data into critical information used to make sound business decisions. Execute intelligent automation and predictive modelling.

POSITION INFO:

This position reports to the Head of Technology, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Work with a fire-hose of data
• Build state-of-the-art statistical models
• Touch all aspects of the business
• Brainstorm new ideas and concepts
• Work with teammates on design, and code reviews
• Build real time systems that integrate with the rest of our stack
• Create analytical models using statistical and machine learning methods
• Work with software developers and solution designers to deliver analytics-driven solutions
• Interact with clients in a variety of domains, who have a spectrum of challenging problems
• Apply an Agile delivery process to the evolutionary creation of value from data
• Represent the client and the Data community in various online and offline forums (events, conferences)
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchical, and ego-free culture where your talent is valued over a job title
• Develop your career outside of the confinements of a traditional career path by focusing on what you''re passionate about rather than a predetermined one-size-fits-all plan
