Job Description

Supporting sales, marketing, and customer service teams in the SADC and Kenya.
Develop in-depth knowledge of diesel filtration systems
Provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate filtration solutions.
Address product-related inquiries and resolve technical issues.
Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Assist in the creation of product marketing materials and presentations.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with marketing to highlight product benefits and differentiators.
Assist in product development and enhancements based on market feedback.

Qualifications

Matric.
Technical qualification in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.

Skills

Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and filtration technologies.
Technical Issue Resolution
Sales Support
