Technical Sales Representative (Control Systems) – Johannesburg North

POSITION INFO:

Our client specializes in mechatronics innovation, automation engineering and industrial robotics.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries and regions.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand application requirements.
Present and promote control system solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to scope projects accurately.
Manage sales pipeline and CRM updates, including reporting on forecasts
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client workshops.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial automation or electrical control systems.
Strong knowledge of process control.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Valid driver’s license
Must have own car to claim back the mileage
