Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to grow your career in milling? Our client is looking for a motivated Miller Apprentice to join their team and learn the ropes of cereal handling, milling, and starch extraction.

What You''ll Be Doing:
• Monitor and control the mechanical and operational efficiency of production facilities, equipment, and plant resources in bulk cereal handling, milling, and starch extraction.

Requirements:
• National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
• SAGMA registration (advantageous)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Basic understanding of the agricultural industry
• Keen interest in the field of study
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Kairos, and C-Works
• Basic understanding of milling production processes
• Basic knowledge of quality control measures
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance
• Understanding of relevant regulations
