POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
We are looking for a Temporary Legal Receptionist to join our team for a period of 2 to 3 weeks.

Requirements:
âï¸ Previous receptionist and/or legal administration experience
âï¸ Professional and well-presented
âï¸ Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
âï¸ Strong administrative and organisational abilities
âï¸ Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Duties will include answering calls, assisting clients, managing diaries and appointments, filing, and providing general administrative support to the legal team.
