Inherent requirements:
 

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing
• 5 years of experience in Marketing
• 5 years of experience managing brand social media, websites and campaign execution

• MBA qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the recruitment, consulting, or IT and/or in the SAP sales services industry (advantageous)

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns and advertisements to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the Company's quality standards, service delivery expectations and established processes
• Leverage expertise in social media platforms to establish, grow and maintain the Company’s online presence
• Demonstrate a consistent record of performance in both sales and brand management, regardless of position held
• Conduct all business activities in a professional manner that reflects positively on the Company’s reputation
• Continuously compare and evaluate the Company’s advertising techniques and digital footprint against both local and international competitors
• Maintain a consistent and positive message-to-market for all brands under the business, with a focus on effectively marketing the OpenSource brand
• Create and manage the Company’s website, ensuring it remains current, functional and aligned with the brand
• Ensure that all marketing materials are up-to-date and readily accessible
• Develop and maintain a distinct and consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Support Company objectives through effective internal and external communication strategies
• Drive brand visibility through well-planned and executed marketing initiatives
•  Contribute to the creation and application of technology-driven strategies that enhance marketing efforts
• Utilise research methodologies to assess market positioning and implement strategies that add value to the Cluster offering in comparison to current market conditions
• Monitor and report on industry trends related to campaigns and advertising consumption, ensuring all digital initiatives support brand awareness goals
• Engage meaningfully with both clients and candidates across social platforms, maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
• Conduct ongoing research into advertising trends, competitor activity, and industry services to inform strategy
• Develop and manage content-driven projects, including the creation and online publication of digital marketing materials
• Plan and implement targeted email marketing campaigns
• Develop, execute, and oversee the Company's social media strategy, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring campaign success
• Manage all social media content to ensure it is appealing, informative and aligned with the relevant brand corporate identity
• Stay informed on the latest best practices and technologies in social media
• Utilise tools such as Hootsuite to optimise social media performance
• Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the Company to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader business objectives
