Job Title: Marketing Officer - Fulltime, On Site

Job Purpose:
To develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that enhance the company''s brand visibility, support business growth, and align with the company’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable facilities management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with the company''s business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Brand Management
Maintain and enhance the company''s brand across all platforms.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.

Digital Marketing
Manage the company’s online presence including website, social media, and email campaigns.
Analyze digital metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI.

Content Creation
Create compelling content for brochures, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to produce marketing materials.

Event Coordination
Organize and promote corporate events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.

Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
Support business development teams with promotional materials and presentations.

Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in facilities management or B2B services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
