ROLE PURPOSE

Why This Role Exists

This role exists to build and maintain a predictable, high-quality lead generation engine for a growing technology business.

You will own the full lead generation pipeline — from paid traffic and conversion funnels through to clean, structured lead delivery into the CRM. This is not simply an advertising role. You will be responsible for building a system that consistently generates qualified opportunities for the Sales team.

This role is suited to someone who is commercially focused, technically strong, analytical and disciplined in execution.

Success will be measured by lead quality, conversion performance, pipeline contribution and data integrity, rather than marketing activity alone.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

What Success Looks Like

By Day 90, you will have:

• Consistently delivered a minimum of one qualified lead per business day, equating to approximately 22 qualified leads per month

• Built a stable paid acquisition and funnel system capable of producing predictable results

• Established clear visibility across key performance metrics, including:

  • Cost per qualified lead

  • Cost per booked call

  • Cost per attended call

  • Landing page conversion rates

  • Booking and show rates

• Implemented stable lead-flow automation, ensuring leads are delivered quickly, accurately and correctly tagged

• Established reliable tracking and attribution systems

• Created a structured process for continually improving lead quality and conversion performance

This role suits someone who can build structure quickly, take ownership and use data to drive decisions.

You will be measured on your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, improve conversion performance and maintain a high level of data accuracy across the marketing and sales pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Paid Acquisition & Demand Generation

You will be responsible for building and optimising paid acquisition campaigns that generate consistent, high-quality leads.

This includes:

• Building, launching and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn

• Developing structured testing across:

  • Ad hooks

  • Offers

  • Creative

  • Messaging

  • Audience targeting

• Managing campaign budgets according to performance and conversion data

• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Continuously improving campaign efficiency and lead quality

• Using performance data to make informed decisions around budget allocation and campaign strategy

2. Funnel Build & Conversion Optimisation

You will own the conversion journey from initial click through to qualified lead.

This includes:

• Building and maintaining acquisition funnels using GoHighLevel

• Creating and managing:

  • Landing pages

  • Lead forms

  • Booking calendars

  • Workflows

  • Conversion journeys
