POSITION INFO:

Pastry / CDP Chef

We’re looking for a creative Pastry / CDP Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare exceptional desserts and assist with day-to-day culinary operations while maintaining the highest food standards.
Requirements: Formal chef qualification, strong pastry skills, previous experience in a hotel or fine-dining environment, and excellent attention to detail.

Breakfast Chef

Bring mornings to life as our Breakfast Chef. You’ll take ownership of our breakfast service, crafting fresh, high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements: Solid experience in breakfast service or hot kitchen, knowledge of HACCP, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service.

Housekeepers x4 (Male)

We seek four skilled Housekeepers to maintain guest rooms and public areas to a five-star standard.
Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or lodges, an eye for detail, good physical fitness, and the ability to work in a team.

Stock Controller

Join our team as a Stock Controller, responsible for managing and recording all stock movements, performing regular counts, and supporting cost control in stores and kitchens.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in stock or stores management, strong Excel skills, and excellent organisational ability.

Receptionists x4

We’re hiring four Receptionists to be the friendly face of our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with efficiency and warmth.
Requirements: Front-desk or reception experience, excellent communication, computer literacy (PMS knowledge an advantage), and a guest-first attitude.

Host / Hostess

As Host/Hostess, you’ll create a welcoming first impression in our dining venues, escort guests to tables, and coordinate bookings with a smile.
Requirements: Prior hosting or service experience, polished presentation, and strong interpersonal skills.

Barmen x2

We’re looking for two talented Barmen to mix and serve drinks in our elegant bar. You’ll engage with guests, maintain bar standards, and craft classic and contemporary cocktails.
Requirements: Bar experience in hotels or restaurants, mixology skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Waiters x4

Join our service team as a Waiter. You’ll deliver attentive, professional table service, helping guests enjoy memorable dining experiences.
Requirements: Previous waiting experience in quality establishments, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.
