SUMMARY:
Logistics and Procurement Admin position available in Centurion
Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 (Depending on experience)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related field
• 3+ years experience in a procurement or logistics support role (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
• Excellent MS Excel and ERP software skills (Pastel Evolution, Sage, SAP, etc.)
• A natural organiser with a razor-sharp eye for detail and timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills — you know how to push, follow up, and build trust
• Open to South African Residents only
• Manage and process purchase orders, supplier communications, and internal procurement workflows
• Coordinate incoming stock, supplier lead times, delivery schedules, and warehouse updates
• Negotiate quotes, terms, and pricing to balance cost, speed, and quality
• Maintain clean, auditable procurement records and resolve supplier issues proactively
• Support the logistics chain from green coffee and packaging to spare parts and consumables
• Collaborate daily with production, finance, and warehouse teams to keep operations flowing smoothly
