Our Client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Our Client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Establish and manage satellite offices in several countries
* Manage a network of key account managers and sales departments
* Ensure our current clients use the full range of products we have to offer
* Manage a marketing program for potential new clients
* Through your network of offices act as an information link between clients and management
* Analyse the different needs of our current clients
* Resolve any problems or queries that clients may experience
* Connect with transport associations in different countries
* Market relevant products to potential new clients
* Market relevant products to service providers in the transport industry as a method of revenue collection
* Report to the Head of Business Development
* Any related and relevant duty as reasonably required by the line manager

* A strong personality
* A self-organizing attitude and a strong will to get the job done
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Should be a self-starter and a quick learner, capable of setting priorities and remaining efficient while multi-tasking. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

5 Years of Experience

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar.
* Account Management experience in the financial or transport industry.
* Strong ability to manage relationships and high-level negotiations with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.
* Experience in business-to-business sales, contracting, and commercial agreements.
* Ability to establish, manage and maintain a network of offices in Southern and Eastern Africa.
