POSITION INFO:

Our client, a thriving logistics firm, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a background in bulk/loose logistics to join their team and drive exceptional client service!

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate daily with our client’s existing customers to understand their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate daily loads for specific customers, working with our client’s office team and sourcing external trucks when needed beyond their fleet.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bulk/loose logistics is essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong customer relationships.
Knowledge of sourcing transport solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have:

While not required, the ability to bring in additional customers is a bonus and could enhance your earning potential through our client’s commission structure.
